Where do we ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests submitted after this period will be declined.
However, you may return your order and receive a full refund once it has been delivered.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Please note that during holidays or sale periods, additional processing time may be required.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and we aim to process them within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Once processed, your order will be shipped the next business day.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days from the date of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

The prices listed on our website are tax-free in HUF, which means you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.
These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.

What if the items I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you have received an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us.
Make sure to include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details upon receiving the package.
We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
If you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card issuer.
